Capricorn Mutual Limited appointed Capricorn Mutual Management Pty Limited ACN 129 143 479 (CMM) to the role of Mutual Manager in April 2008 and authorised it as its Corporate Authorised Representative (AR No 324456). Capcirorn Mutual Limited also authorised certain CMM employees as individual authorised representatives so that they could provide financial services on its behalf.
When an Authorised Representative provides financial services on behalf of Capricorn Mutual, a Financial Services Guide will be given to you setting out the services to be provided and the basis for the provision of those services.
